WARRIOR MEDICINE WOMEN'S RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy below will apply for all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions. This cancellation policy has been designed to be as compassionate as possible in the case that plans change.
We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest. Warrior Medicine IS NOT to be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or event cancellations.
CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
If you need to cancel for any reason within 60 days prior to the retreat start date and we can find a person to take your spot, we will refund the amount paid minus a $250 administration fee. If we cannot find a person to take your spot, there are no refunds; however, you can transfer your paid spot to someone else, so you can send a friend or family member to the retreat in your place.
For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the retreat start date, all payments made will be forfeited.
DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
There will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For additional protection due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.
Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, Warrior Medicine cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a 'cancel for any reason' option in order to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation. Travel insurance can be purchased at Insure My Trip.
