Who We Are:
Since 2016, Warrior Medicine has been hosting and helping our clients develop impactful and conscious events in Southern California. Our recent past successes include: Virtual and In-person group meditations, Spirit Animal Photo experience, Private yoga retreats, and Fierce Self Defense classes.
Our team and student staff bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that is unmatched in the wellness event industry. The diverse knowledge includes experience in meditation, food and nutrition, consumer health, yoga, martial arts, charitable causes, cannabis, auction, art and photography, wine, entertainment and couples events. We have a proven track record for innovation and creativity, while launching events on time and on budget.
VIRTUAL Zoom Events:
Guided Breathwork: Breathwork resets the nervous system, oxygenates the blood and releases endorphins similar to a "runner's high." Breathwork is a fast, effective way to heal your life and become fully present. Attendees often experience greater mental clarity, deep relaxation and bliss.
Sound Bath: A form of meditation that guides attendees into a deep state of relaxation using the sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and gongs.
Guided Meditation: Three short meditations. An opportunity to learn and try different styles of meditation, with group sharing after each.
Introduction to Meditation: What is meditation? Taking conscious charge of your attention, intentions, and your behavior in your waking state. Research continues to grow on how meditation can increase your productivity, focus and happiness. This workshop includes an overview of the scientific research on the effects of meditation, guided meditation techniques, group sharing and Q&A, and recommendations for incorporating your own meditation practice into your daily life.
Mat Yoga: The practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. As we ride the waves of breath in our Yoga practice, we learn to ride the waves of change in our lives with more ease. All levels. Fun for beginners and experienced participants. Modifications will be offered.
Desk Yoga: This session will include breathwork and stretching exercises from the comfort of your desk chair. No yoga mats, floor work or change of clothes needed.
